Positive: The host, Hamid is really nice and helpful. He picked us up and took us to the hotel and took us to the airport after checkout. The facility is a huge Italian hotel complex. There are stores and restaurants within the complex so you find everything you need within the complex.

Negative: Room’s air conditioner is noisy. They have spa facility. Even though they have posted business hours of 9am to 9pm, when I went there at 8pm one night, they turned off everything and stuffs told me to get out. Spa stuffs are rude.
